The research innovatively proposes a bi-level optimization model based on real-time electricity prices and carbon allowances: the upper level aims to minimize both economic costs and carbon emissions, while the lower level focuses on optimizing end-user costs. By introducing a particle swarm optimization algorithm, the model successfully achieves precise day-ahead scheduling of regional energy systems. A key highlight of this work lies in incorporating vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology, enabling electric vehicles not only to meet their own charging demands but also to function as distributed energy storage units that support grid regulation. This effectively alleviates peak load pressure on the power grid. Additionally, the research pays particular attention to the battery degradation cost, thereby ensuring an optimal balance between environmental benefits and economic feasibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>       The results demonstrate that, compared with uncoordinated charging strategies, real-time price-guided coordinated charging significantly enhances the renewable energy utilization rate to 87.80% (an increase of approximately 5.5%), reduces the system peak\u2013valley difference to 2167.3 kW (a 16.9% reduction), lowers total system costs by 11.7%, and increases carbon trading revenues by about 8%, showcasing outstanding performance in flexibility management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"999\" height=\"402\" src=\"https:\/\/www.binye-group.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-966\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.binye-group.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2-1.png 999w, https:\/\/www.binye-group.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2-1-800x322.png 800w, https:\/\/www.binye-group.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2-1-768x309.png 768w, https:\/\/www.binye-group.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2-1-18x7.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 999px) 100vw, 999px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>       This achievement is not only the result of He\u2019s personal efforts but also benefits from the precise academic guidance of his supervisor, Prof. Bin Ye, as well as the valuable support of senior group members in research ideas and technical details.
